Étoile is an organic silhouette performing on the urban stage.
Between City and Sea
The soft, sinuous lines of the piazza merge seamlessly with the project’s geometry. Iconic yet harmonious, the architecture asserts a strong identity while maintaining a measured dialogue with its context – bridging the vibrant pulse of the city with the serenity of the seascape.
A Balance of Volumes
A tactile, solid podium grounds the structure, honoring the scale of Via Bafile. Rising above, the residential volume steps back, ascending in cantilevered slabs that project organic terraces toward the sea horizon, dissolving the boundary between home and sea.
